So we’ll explore gratitude practices with a twist — how working with gratitude can help you feel you are enough, how to avoid gratitude shoulds and sugar-coating gratitude, and how to create a felt sense of gratitude for lasting change.

Stressors will also be a part of your life, but you can learn how to create new and intentional responses. Resilience is the capacity to go through a difficulty and bounce back in a way that leaves you feeling more connected, open, and ready to take action. This hands-on learning experience will help you build greater resilience to handle stressors.
