Act Two Coaches

Jody Low-A-Chee is a coach, mindfulness teacher, and Reiki Master. She works with women to help them learn to slow down, listen to their inner wisdom, and heal from the constant stress they face. Her own journey began as a working mother of three searching for relief from unrelenting stress-induced pain. Along this path, her love for energetic healing grew through her yoga and meditation practices. After more than twenty years in leadership roles managing and coaching corporate teams, she formally trained as a life coach and also achieved the master level in Reiki.

She offers a unique blend of the spiritual and the practical in her work. She believes that all of our answers are inside of us, but we’re either too close to things or too caught up in daily issues to hear the guidance of our inner wisdom.

She works with several proven coaching and mind-body techniques to help women navigate change and difficult circumstances, to set clear and helpful boundaries, and to see the choices they have in their lives. Included in her mix are powerful, energetic practices to access your inner wisdom and spiritual counsel.

All of her tools work to shift your perspective and your energy in deeply healing ways that might surprise you. She specializes on programs centered on managing your stress, spirituality, and inner healing work.

She will help you be honest with how you feel, acknowledge what you want, and help you be the person you want to be, no longer defined by a long-term relationship.
